3 Barcelona Players Who Should Be Loaned out in 2015/16 Season
Whether Barcelona should loan a player out or not is often a matter of contention.
For most clubs, it's a good way for players who aren't needed to get regular games and improve their skills. But at Barcelona, it's often more beneficial for them to stay and learn how to play in the club's own way.
However, with Barcelona B being relegated to Segunda B last season, it's not as important a training ground as it used to be.
Here are three Barcelona players who should be loaned out in the 2015/16 season.
Douglas

A figure of fun for much of last season, Douglas never really got the bit between his teeth at Barcelona.
Many wondered why he had been signed, and one league start in the whole season suggested that there was no real reason.
He only played in one other La Liga game, coming on as a substitute on the final day of the season, against Deportivo de la Coruna.
His debut came against Malaga, in a dour goalless draw, the first occasion in the season on which Barcelona dropped points.
With Dani Alves committing to a new deal at the club, there is no obvious route into the side for the Brazilian.
Douglas would benefit from a full season in Europe, given how little he played last term.
Luis Enrique, having loaned Martin Montoya out to Inter Milan, might want to keep Douglas in case of injury to Alves.
But Adriano, who usually fills in for Jordi Alba at left-back, is capable of playing on the opposite side.
And Marc Bartra has been touted as another option for the position.
Overall, it would be beneficial for Barcelona to send Douglas out and try to raise his confidence, fitness and match-practice levels.
Adama Traore

Adama Traore is a Barcelona player through and through. Born in Hospitalet, near the Catalan capital, he has been Blaugrana since he was eight years old.
He knows all about the club's style, making his debut in November 2013 as a substitute for Neymar.
The 19-year-old is a powerful winger, and many think he is too big and strong to benefit from playing in the Segunda, let alone Segunda B.
Traore needs to be playing regularly now, testing himself against top defences, and with Lionel Messi, Neymar and Luis Suarez locking down Barcelona's attack, he should look elsewhere.
Arda Turan's signing is another barrier to entry for him, given the Turk can play on either the right or left of the forward line if needed.
A loan to England might be a good idea, but Adama should have plenty of suitors in La Liga, too.
Munir El Haddadi

For similar reasons to Adama Traore, moving away from Barcelona on a temporary basis could help advance Munir El Haddadi's career.
Luis Enrique likes the young forward and had him train with the first team on many occasions last season.
Although his appearances were limited to a few early games, Munir is highly rated at the club.
So much so that Enrique is unwilling to let him go on loan, according to Marca's Sergi Font:
"Despite the fierce competition for places, before he set off on his holidays Luis Enrique asked the higher-ups to not let Munir go. There has been a standing loan offer on the table from Ajax all season, but the manager has made his feelings plain and for the time being this offer has been rejected. Nevertheless, the "Azulgranas" suits have given the Dutch club's director of football, former Barça player Marc Overmars, their word that the Amsterdam ArenA will be their first port of call in the event of a change of heart.
"
A loan to Ajax may be the perfect thing for Munir, giving him a chance to get among the goals and learn how to be a predator.
Now Pedro has renewed his contract at Barcelona, Munir's opportunities in the forward line will be extremely limited this season.
Letting him learn the ropes elsewhere might pain Enrique, but it would be the right thing to do.
