Real Madrid Transfer News: Big-Money January Deals on Carlo Ancelotti's Radar
Even with El Clasico on the agenda, the transfer rumour mill doesn't stop turning at the Bernabeu, with Carlo Ancelotti preparing for a January window as busy as any other.
This week's latest speculation sees big names linked with moves both in and out of the club, and Los Merengues could elect to seal the permanent signature of Javier Hernandez next summer, it appears.
Read on for a breakdown of the latest gossip to hit the Spanish giants as Ancelotti goes in search of further 2015 improvements.

Javier Hernandez

It would appear on-loan Manchester United striker Hernandez is doing his bit in impressing at the Bernabeu, with stories emerging that the champions of Europe are keen to tie down his services on permanent terms.
The Mexican international will see his temporary deal in the Spanish capital come to an end next summer, so says Anthony Chapman of the Express.
However, Chapman goes on to state that Ancelotti is not prepared to fork out the £17 million United are believed to be seeking for their man's signature, and will instead only offer £12 million.

Speaking to Claro Sports (h/t ESPN) last month, "Chicharito" blamed David Moyes for his failures across the course of his last year at Old Trafford, adding more on what he hopes to achieve at Real:
"There was no confidence. I remained patient and that's why I'm here today. It was a very tough year especially because they didn't believe in me.
I really want to make the most of my time here. Any footballer dreams about joining Real Madrid. I know I'm here for a reason. The statistics support me, I'm a good player and a good person. I had the chance to meet [Carlo] Ancelotti when he was Chelsea coach. The faith he has in his players motivates me and makes me work hard.
"
Hernandez's fate could rest largely on whether or not Louis van Gaal's United choose to make Radamel Falcao's loan move to Old Trafford a permanent one, too.
Hernandez has three goals in four La Liga games so far this season and has played as an impressive backup to Karim Benzema, but may seek more opportunities in the starting XI moving forward.
Sami Khedira

Sami Khedira has moved closer to the Bernabeu exit after it was reported his wage demands have dropped to just £80,000-a-week, with the player apparently seeking a move to Arsenal.
That's according to Charles Perrin of the Express, who quotes Los Blancos boss Carlo Ancelotti in saying earlier this year that Real may yet extend the German's contract in Madrid, which expires next summer:
"We have until June to reach an agreement with him. If he wants to sign an extension, the club will renew him. If not, he will leave the team at the end of the season.”
Khedira will be free to discuss terms with clubs in January and can sign a pre-contract agreement should any side make a suitable offer.

The player was linked with a move to the Emirates Stadium over the summer, but high wage demands were thought to be the main reason blocking him from completing the transfer.
Khedira made his long-awaited return from injury against Liverpool in midweek, per Dermot Corrigan of ESPN FC:
So far this season, Toni Kroos and Luka Modric have impressed in Khedira's injury absence, but the 2014 World Cup winner may yet show his worth once again to the champions of Europe when back to full fitness.
