Arsenal midfielder Tomas Rosicky sustained an injury while on international duty and was forced to miss the Czech Republic's win over Kazakhstan on Monday.
Dov Rawson of 101 Great Goals says the player sustained the injury whilst captaining his country against Turkey last Friday, and Rosicky has admitted he will now need to be assessed for treatment back in England.
Czech football writer, Martin Vait, quoted Rosicky speaking about his new injury, while UEFA.com reporter Ondrej Zlamal also confirmed the problem:

The 34-year-old's setback will come as a blow to Arsene Wenger, who already has a concerning injury list to deal with.
Rosicky has featured in two of the Gunners' last three Premier League matches, coming on a substitute against Aston Villa and Chelsea, per Squawka, achieving an overall pass completion of 94 percent.
His possible absence compounds recent news of Mesut Ozil's long-term absence after the German sustained a knee injury.
Rosicky would certainly have received more game time in Ozil's absence, with the veteran able to play in the attacking midfield roles.

Jack Wilshere spoke about the loss of Ozil and how he feels for the attacker, per Sky Sports:
"We are devastated for Mesut because he can play in that number 10, we have seen what he can do at number 10. It's tough to take but it is part and parcel of football. I have had my fair few injuries. It is not a curse, it happens and you just have to deal with it.
"
But despite being around the fringes of the starting team, Rosicky's experience is vital to a side short on leadership, and Wenger will feel his loss should he face a spell out of the squad.

Rosicky has famously spent much of his Arsenal career on the treatment table, and Gunners fans will be hoping this is not yet another episode in his time at the Emirates.
Arsenal now face the prospect of losing the player for the match against Hull, on Saturday, before an assessment can be made on his recovery.
The timing of Rosicky's injury could not be worse with Wenger trying to find a settled midfield. Theo Walcott is soon to return to the fold but the manager's options have been once again constricted as the Gunners shoot for Premier League glory.
But the loss of Ozil and Rosicky could see Aaron Ramsey or Alexis Sanchez play in a more attacking role. Both players have goals in them and either could form a fantastic partnership with the in-form Danny Welbeck.
Rosicky is a useful support function to this, and Wenger will be hoping to have him available as soon as possible.
