Question on Everybody's Mind: Is DDP Yoga legit?
Not only is this workout legitimate, there's a video of a man that used this workout and was able to walk again.

Ring Rust Radio’s Take
As one of our personal favorites growing up, having the chance to talk with the legend was an absolute honor. While his return to the ring is very unlikely, I would love to see the diamond cutter done correctly one last time.

Over the Limit and WWE Chatter
With the go-home Monday Night Raw out of the way, the WWE has successfully made many fans care even less than they did before about this PPV.
Question on Everybody's Mind: Do we care about Over the Limit?
While we should because of the talent involved and the matches on the card, the WWE has done nothing creatively to get the fans excited.
While we complained around WrestleMania about too much storytelling, Over the Limit has almost none.
Ring Rust Radio’s Take
While this is definitely not the best time in wrestling history, there are a few things going on right now that are incredible.

Indy Wrestling Minute, TNA PPV Review and More
With a wild weekend of solid wrestling shows not under the WWE umbrella, it was a good time to be a wrestling fan in general.
Question on Everybody's Mind: Is there serious competition to WWE?
With Ring of Honor crowning a new champion in Kevin Steen, they have made a concerted effort to bring more of the sports entertainment factor to the federation—a necessary step to becoming a household name.
Ring Rust Radio’s Take
TNA actually put on several good matches at their PPV, so there may actually be hope for the fans that would like an alternative to the same WWE crap.
My suggestion: Go watch Ring of Honor and give it a chance, you won’t regret it!
