WWE and WCW Legend Diamond Dallas Page Discusses DDP Yoga, Ring Return and More
While most wrestling fans think of The Rock as the People’s Champion, there is a generation of WCW supporters that will always view DDP, Diamond Dallas Page, as the REAL People’s Champion.
As great as DDP’s wrestling career has been, it is the work he is doing outside the ring that is really changing lives. Page sat down with the boys of Ring Rust Radio to talk about his work with DDP Yoga, a possible return to the WWE ring and more about the business and the lives he is turning around.
The WCW and WWE legend began this interview with a very inspirational story about Arthur Boorman. Boorman was a disabled veteran who was told by doctors that he would never walk without assistance again.

After months of using the DDP Yoga, the man had lost over 140 pounds and was not only walking again; he was running! You have to watch the video to believe the results.
Page goes on to talk to about which wrestlers in the WWE use his yoga program and how big the product is getting now that the video about Arthur Boorman has become viral.
After all the banter about his great workout system, the talk naturally turns to the wrestling.
DDP talks about his approval of Randy Orton using a modified Diamond Cutter, but how if he were to come back to the WWE, RKO would definitely be one of the top guys Page would like to go up against.
The best portion of the talk is when DDP is asked about the battle of the people’s champions that never was and how he regrets never making it happen. As a WCW and WWE fan, there is no doubt that DDP vs. The Rock is one of the dream matches I never got in life.
It was evident that Page regrets that match not happening.
While it’s clear that there are no imminent plans to bring DDP back to the WWE, the possibility of a comeback in the future is there. Page is in amazing shape and the recent push for veteran stars mixed with the viral success of DDP Yoga may be enough to have Vince McMahon and the WWE considering one final Diamond Cutter.
Despite getting a late jump on his career, Diamond Dallas Page became one of the greatest stars the wrestling world had ever seen. Though his Diamond-Cutting days are a thing of the past, Page is still inspiring others and changing lives for the better with DDP Yoga.
DDP is a WWE Hall of Famer in my book; I’ll self-high-five to that!
