There are a number of journalists apparently who sat on the latest information about Wesley Sneijder.

Duncan Castles has told everyone to keep an eye out on the UAE based National newspaper's web site, found here.

According to Castles and other journalists there is a significant development that apparently is embargoed until about 9pm GMT.

The best guess, however, is that Manchester United will officially announce that they are no longer in the market for Wesley Sneijder.

That comes as a direct reaction to being asked to match or better the fee already agreed by Manchester City of some £35m.

In truth United will not—and more significantly cannot match the financial resources of City—and are to pre-empt the players move to City by getting out of their noisy neighbours way.

So keep pressing your F5 key at about 9pm GMT to find out exactly what the press are being stopped from saying.

From tomorrow's Daily Mirror -

Manchester City are sparking a transfer war with Manchester United by making a late bid for Inter Milan’s Wesley Sneijder.

City are willing to pay the Dutch master £240,000 a week to match his salary demands and bring him to the Etihad in a dramatic raid on Serie A.
