So, here we are. Almost at the middle of the season. So far, this season has been mixed. Sometimes Arsenal looked bad and some time they looked extraordinary.

For this article, I have decided to focus on the four major aspects of the game: goalkeeping, defence, midfield and attack. Feel free to comment.

Goalkeeping

BRAGA, PORTUGAL - NOVEMBER 23: Lukasz Fabianski of Arsenal looks on during the UEFA Champions League Group H match between SC Braga and Arsenal at Estadio Municipal de Braga on November 23, 2010 in Braga, Portugal. SC Braga won the match 2-0. (Photo by

At the start of the season, the goalkeeping situation was handled very badly at Arsenal. First, Wenger demoralized his keepers by a quiet yet open pursuit of Mark Schwarzer. Then he went into the new season with the same set of keepers whose confidence were visibly shaken and without a first choice.

Luckily,Fabianski relaised the responsiblity and showed every one what he is capable of

Defence

Its been a mixed year for our defence. For example, Gibbs has been  unlucky with injuries. I believe that without his constant and quite unfortunate injuries he would have been our number one left back this season. He knows when to tackle, when to attack and when to boot the bloody ball out of the D. This is something Clichy has unfortunately not mastered yet, and I doubt will ever completely will.

Vermalen, also remained in injuries,Twice ib the brink of recovery. But our three CB's have came along well and they do complement each other,

Midfield

This has been the worst area of the game.Except Wilshere no really has been impressive. From Song, who changed his role from a defensive to attack, which I think an offensive team like Arsenal don't need.Fabregas also not been avalible for many games, and Rosisky has failed to impress. But the good news is Aaron Ramsey has returned from injury but don't know wether he is going to stay at the Emirates or will he leave.

Attack

Samir Nasri is phenomenal this season.Undoubtedly the most improve player in Arsenal,he is finally someone who can cross the ball in the box.Champakh has been superb for his first season.Robin Van Parsie has become a mythical with getting in his usual injuries.Arshavin,is probally the most skillfull player in Arsenal but some time he become to causal and can have his off days.

Is Vela still at Arsenal?Good.Bendtner has lost Wengers favour god knows why according to me he delivers when ever he is given a chance,

Verdict

Arsenal don't need any new signing depending Vermalen recovers unless they may require to sign a CB.Squod looks good but the attitude needs to be changed. The problem is finishing when Arsenal are leading they are unable to continue and when they are behind they can not bounce back. All in all attitude needs to be changed.
