Sunderland 1 Arsenal 1: Commentary and Updates From The Game

Sunderland take on Arsenal in a tricky away fixture for the Gunners on Saturday. The Gunners are in rampant form at the moment, after demolishing Sporting Braga in the midweek fixture, and will fancy their chances against a tough and resilient Sunderland side.

Arsenal have won all three games and drawn one against Liverpool and are one of the few teams that are unbeaten in the season so far. Sunderland, on the other hand, haven't done too badly either, having secured five points from four games. They have drawn two games, won against Manchester City and lost to West Bromwich Albion.

Last year, Arsenal lost to Sunderland at the Stadium of light, 1-0 , which derailed their title challenge. This time around, they will not have it easy, but they will look to maintain their good form, though they will be wary of the Black Cats and Darren Bent, in particular.
