2017 MLS All-Star Roster Announced for Match vs. Real Madrid

The full squad for the MLS All-Stars has been announced as the final names have been confirmed to face Real Madrid in a friendly.

According to MLS Soccer, David Villa, Kaka and Bastian Schweinsteiger will all be in coach Veljko Paunovic's squad for the match against Los Blancos at Soldier Field in Chicago on Wednesday, August 2.

Also included in the selection are Tim Howard, Jozy Altidore, Sebastian Giovinco, Giovani Dos Santos and Michael Bradley.

It is the third time Howard is set to appear in the All-Star fixture after achieving a 63.9 save percentage this term.

Schweinsteiger has excelled in his first year in the MLS with the Chicago Fire, and he will surely take a starting role against the UEFA Champions League holders.

It is also the third All-Star game for Villa after scoring 12 goals this season.
