Champions League 2016: Live-Stream, TV Info, Schedule for Final Group-Stage Ties
The greatest names of European football feature in the final games of the 2016-17 UEFA Champions League group stage, as Real Madrid attempt to beat Borussia Dortmund to top spot in Group F.
The Bundesliga outfit are two points clear of the holders, but Los Blancos will leapfrog their rivals if they defeat them at the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium on Wednesday. BVB only need to remain undefeated to be group-winners, but they are already through to the knockout rounds.
Lionel Messi has a chance to beat Cristiano Ronaldo's group-stage scoring record on Tuesday, when Barcelona tackle Borussia Monchengladbach at the Camp Nou.
A brace would see the Argentina superstar equal the record of 11, set by the Portuguese icon.

Preview

Atletico Madrid will join an exclusive set of teams if they defeat Bayern Munich in Bavaria, becoming one of the few sides to qualify from the Champions League group stage with a perfect record.
Diego Simeone's men would become only the seventh side to achieve that, but Bayern have won their last 14 home games in the competition.
The Germans are a formidable opponent on home soil, and despite a dip in their domestic form, they will offer a wall of resistance to the Spanish side.
However, Atleti did beat their opponents in the reverse fixture, with Yannick Carrasco's goal separating the sides.

Group B remains wide open as the combatants head into Matchday 6, as Napoli, Benfica and Besiktas all sit within a point of each other at the summit.
The Portuguese club face Napoli at home and are undefeated since February 12, giving the hosts a great chance of progression in successive seasons for the first time. Whichever side is victorious in the match will win the group, but if Besiktas lose to Dynamo Kiev, both will qualify.
Dortmund are guaranteed a spot in the last 16 as they travel to Real, and a solitary goal would see them become one of only four sides in history to reach the 20-goal mark in the Champions League group stage.
Manchester United, Barcelona and Real Madrid are the only clubs to have previously reached the huge tally.

Ludogorets Razgrad are attempting to remain in European competition after the group stage, as they will make their way into the UEFA Europa League if they can at least match FC Basel's result against Arsenal in Group A.
The Eagles face the difficult task at Paris Saint-Germain if they want to carry on their dreams on Tuesday.
A two-goal win for Olympique Lyonnais against Sevilla would see France have three sides in the next stage for the first time, joining PSG and AS Monaco. The Spaniards will be out of the tournament if Lyon can fire past them at the Parc Olympique Lyonnais.

The expected challengers have done the job already, securing their advancement with little fuss.
PSG and Arsenal have dominated Group A, while Barca and Manchester City are through from Group C.
Group D sees Atletico and Bayern already through, and Dortmund and Madrid had no trouble navigating Group F. The real action begins in the next phase, with a plethora of top matches promised with the best names remaining in the competition.
