IK Start's Denny Antwi Receives Yellow Card After Being Pushed by Fan
Ghanaian forward Denny Antwi netted his first goal for IK Start on Sunday but was then booked after being pushed by a fan during his celebration.
Per video provided by 101 Great Goals, a deft near-post finish from Antwi saw Norwegian outfit Start into a 1-0 lead at Lillestrom in the Tippeligaen clash, and the 23-year-old ran to celebrate near the corner flag, sliding on his knees and raising his arms skywards.
A home fan then broke onto the pitch and pushed Antwi to the ground, with the Start man then booked for apparent provocation:
The match eventually finished 1-1 after Tomas Malec's second-half equaliser, but the result meant little for bottom-of-the-table Start, who have already been relegated.
For Antwi's own morale, though, his first goal in nine league games for the club should have been a cause for celebration but was marred by the aftermath.
He will have another opportunity to get on the scoresheet in Sunday's league clash with SK Brann.
