Preview

The 2016-17 Champions League will start off with a bang, as PSG and Arsenal come face-to-face in Paris in a clash that will go a long way toward deciding Group A.
Both teams are expected to advance from the group, but with giants-slayers FC Basel also in the group, things won't be easy. Bulgaria's Ludogorets Razgrad complete the foursome.
PSG are the favourites for the top spot, but Les Parisiens haven't started the Ligue 1 campaign in top form, grabbing a close win over SC Bastia on Matchday 1 and losing to AS Monaco in their last match.
Per Bleacher Report UK, Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger must be excited:
New PSG coach Unai Emery is still implementing his philosophy and figuring out how to rebuild an attack that lost the prolific striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic during the summer. He's kept a close eye on the Gunners the last few weeks, as he revealed via Twitter:
Arsenal's domestic form hasn't been great―the Gunners needed a questionable penalty in injury time to beat Southampton in their last match―and for both teams, Tuesday's big clash will provide some much-needed answers.
Barcelona need a major bounce-back performance after their shocking loss against Alaves during the weekend, losing 2-1 to the LaLiga newcomers. Manager Luis Enrique started with Lionel Messi, Luis Suarez and Andres Iniesta on the bench and paid the price, as his side failed to unlock a stingy defence.
Over in Scotland, Celtic prepared for their trip to the Camp Nou in the best way possible, crushing fierce rivals Rangers 5-1. Manager Brendan Rodgers has taken plenty of criticism early in his Celtic career, but per Benchwarmers, he must have enjoyed his first Old Firm:
"Celtic 5 Ranger 1. Brendan Rodgers right now...#OldFirmhttps://t.co/0PCQrpdkLe
— BenchWarmers (@BeWarmers) September 10, 2016"
The win was an emotional one, and it won't be easy for the Scots to pick themselves up and show the same intensity just a few days later at the iconic Camp Nou. Barcelona will be looking to make a statement in front of their own fans, and expect Messi and Suarez to get the start this time around.
Over in Italy, Juventus will be out to make a similar statement, albeit for different reasons. The Bianconeri lost their final group-stage match of last year's Champions League in Seville, failed to win Group D as a result, were drawn with Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich in the next round and lost a heart-breaker at the Allianz Arena.

Many believed Juventus had a great chance of winning the title last year, and their odds are arguably even better after a great summer transfer window that saw the arrival of Gonzalo Higuain and Miralem Pjanic. Both scored in the 3-1 win over Sassuolo during the weekend.
Sevilla lost Emery to PSG during the summer and conceded four goals in their first match of the new domestic campaign against Espanyol, suggesting their defensive solidity may have taken a hit. But the Andalusian side remain tricky opponents, and they'll provide the Bianconeri with a nice early test.
