Chile vs. Venezuela: Date, Time, Live Stream, TV Info and Preview
Chile haven't lost an international friendly since before the 2014 World Cup, and the South Americans will put that unbeaten streak on the line on Friday, when they travel to Venezuela.
The hosts struggled in their Asian tour back in September, losing 3-1 against South Korea before drawing 2-2 with Japan, and there's little doubt La Roja will be the strong favourites in Friday's contest.
Jorge Sampaoli has called up a star-studded team for this friendly, so expect the Chileans to commit to this match, treating this friendly as if it was a qualifier for the next major tournament.

Chile's friendly is seen as a warm-up match for the clash with Uruguay on Tuesday, with the Venezuelans seemingly not presenting much of a challenge. La Vinotinto are the only CONMEBOL to never have qualified for the World Cup, an indication of the popularity of the sport in Venezuela.
That's not to say the hosts aren't talented—particularly on the defensive end, there is a wealth of experience with the likes of Oswaldo Vizcarrondo and Roberto Rosales patrolling the area.
They'll have their hands full with the Chileans, however. Alexis Sanchez has enjoyed a blazing start to his Arsenal career, scoring almost at will in recent weeks. Spanish football expert Sergi Dominguez believes his talent shines on every level:
StatsBomb's Ted Knutson shared his chart of the 2014-15 season, clarifying he's scoring almost a goal per match, not counting penalties:
The 25-year-old has been universally praised since arriving in England, shining on an otherwise disappointing squad. He's not the only Chilean who has found new life after moving to the Premier League—Mauricio Isla is doing quite well at Queens Park Rangers—but there's a reason Sanchez is the talk of the town.
His coach Arsene Wenger can't believe his incredible work ethic, via Supersport:
Chile's scoring ability goes well beyond Sanchez, too. Nicolas Castillo, who has been lighting it up in Belgium and scored a hat-trick for Club Brugge during the weekend, didn't even make the squad.
The team's official Twitter feed shared this image of the final selection:
Arturo Vidal has struggled with a knee injury early in the 2014-15 season, being moved in and out of Juventus' starting XI after undergoing surgery before the World Cup.
The dynamic midfielder was released earlier by the Bianconeri as he wouldn't feature during the weekend due to suspension, giving him the opportunity to have his progress checked out in Barcelona before travelling to Venezuela. Juventus confirmed the news via their website:
"Given that he will not be involved in this weekend's Serie A clash with Parma due to suspension and for his subsequent call-up to the Chilean national squad, Arturo Vidal underwent a medical test in Barcelona before departing for Santiago de Chile today. Professor Ramon Cugat – who operated on the 27-year-old’s right knee six months ago – was present to conduct the check with the results coming out positive.
"
The fact Vidal feels confident enough in his knee not to cancel on what is ultimately a meaningless friendly is a good sign, so expect to see the midfield engine take up his usual spot for Chile.
Claudio Bravo will also be present, looking to build on his magnificent start to the season with Barcelona.
Venezuela aren't necessarily a bad team, but Chile are a class apart. With blinding pace, tons of talent in the centre of the pitch and one of the world's most in-form attackers in Sanchez, this shouldn't be much of a contest.
Final Prediction: Venezuela 0-3 Chile
