Gareth Bale and the Top Most Dangerous Players Shooting from Distance

Not all goals are created equal, nor do they all come from inside the box. Scoring from outside is an art form reserved for a special few.

Tottenham Hotspur’s Gareth Bale is one of the hottest players on the planet at the moment. He’s also one of the best shooters from outside the box. According to Squawka (stats as of March 4), Bale has hit the target with 57 percent of his shots from outside the box, the best ratio of any player in Europe’s top five leagues.

And he’s not just accurate. He also scores plenty from distance as well. Six of Bale's 16 Premier League goals have come from outside the box this season (per EPL Index).
