10 World Football Players You'd Let Your Daughter Date

As a father, there is not a man out there who is good enough for your daughter.

Soccer players have recently garnered a reputation for dating the finest women in the world.  The majority of players have models, actresses and pop sensations on their arms.

There are not many players who you would let your daughter date because, well, there are not many people you would let your daughter date.

That being said, here is a list of 10 players you could feel comfortable letting your daughter see.

Mario Gotze

Mario Gotze is the future of German football. 

The 20-year-old has already had great success for both Borussia Dortmund and the German National team.

Last season, Gotze scored eight total goals and had eight assists.  His fantastic play was paramount to Dortmund’s success in the Bundesliga.

His poor choice in swimwear aside, Gotze seems to be a very well-to-do player. 

His playing career is just beginning, and for that reason his list of girlfriends is not very long.

Edin Dzeko

Manchester City have recently relied on striker Edin Dzeko to bail them out of some poor starts.

This season, Dzeko has already scored five goals and registered one assist.

Dzeko is 26 years old, and he is currently reaching his prime. 

He has an estimated net worth of just under $10 million.

Dzeko, who is currently dating Bosnian actress Amra Silajdzic, will look to build on his already solid form for Manchester City.

He seems to be a stand-up player and has a bright future ahead of him.

Gerard Pique is not only a brilliant defender for Barcelona and the Spanish national team; he is also highly sought after by women.

He has made several lists of the most attractive soccer players in the world. 

Pique is reportedly dating pop star Shakira at the moment.

Pique is the kind of good guy who likes to pretend to be bad. 

As far as your daughter goes, he’s a better option than the actual bad guy considering he makes good money.

Lionel Messi

Lionel Messi is arguably the best player in the world.  He has brought glory to Barcelona since he got his break in 2005.

Through eight games, Messi has scored 11 goals and has four assists.

Messi is worth an estimated $110 million and is set to earn about $43 million in this coming year.

The Argentinian is currently dating his child hood friend, Antonella Roccuzzo. 

Despite his immense fame, Messi has avoided negative headlines, and for that, he has earned the community’s respect.

Chelsea midfielder Juan Mata has been in phenomenal form to start the season.

He has already scored three goals and provided five assists in EPL play.

His ability to keep himself off the radar would make any father doing a background check that much more at ease.

Iker Casillas has captained what many have dubbed the greatest dynasty in the history of soccer.

His Spanish national team have won back-to-back European Championships and will look to defend their 2010 World Cup win in Brazil come 2014.

He has had a great season for Real Madrid this year. 

In eight games, Casillas has 13 saves and three clean sheets.

While he is an exceptional soccer player, Iker does not have a reputation as a player when it comes to women. 

He has been with his current girlfriend Sara Carbonero for several years now.

Toni Kroos has had a breakout season for Bayern Munich this year. 

He has scored three goals and has one assist.  His impressive play has Bayern Munich atop the Bundesliga table at the moment.

The 22-year-old German national is currently dating Jessica Farber. 

If that couple ends up splitting up, any father would be happy to have a man as loyal as Kroos as a son-in-law.

He is very religious, very dedicated and his end goal was clearly marriage.

This season, Kaka has had little impact for Real Madrid.

Let’s chalk it up to dedicating too much time to his new family.  Again, not a bad quality to have.

But give him a chance.

Ronaldo has already scored nine goals in just eight games with Real Madrid, he has an estimated net worth of $130 million and he recently discussed being sad at the Bernabeu, which shows his sensitivity.

Cristiano Ronaldo is the kind of guy you probably don’t want your daughter to date, but do you really think you will have much of a choice?
