Caleb Williams (hamstring) has been ruled OUT vs. Eagles. Tyson Bagent was a full participant in practice Saturday and remains in concussion protocol.
Bagent is QUESTIONABLE for MNF.

To clarify, Tyson Bagent is still IN the concussion protocol but is either at Phase 3 (which allows football specific exercises) or above. Phase 4 is non-contact training drills and Phase 5 is full football activity/clearance.
