Mr. Olympia 2026 Results, Prize Money Payouts for Winner and Top Contestants

For the fifth straight, year the Mr. Olympia Open division failed to crown a repeat champion. However, that didn't prevent Saturday's finals from being a thrilling affair, capped by Nick Walker's first-ever Open victory.

Walker, who finished sixth at last year's Olympia Open and finished second at the 2026 Arnold Classic, beat out a tremendous field for his first Sandow Trophy.

It was obvious during Friday night's prejudging that defending Olympia champion Derek Lunsford, 2024 champ Samson Dauda, and 2026 Arnold winner Andrew Jacked were Walker's top competition.

Unsurprisingly, these four pushed one another during a drama-drenched Saturday evening full of exciting individual routines.

Dauda and Jacked both wowed with massive frames, while Lunsford appeared to be in the same championship form he brought a year earlier. However, Walker's combination of mass, symmetry, and a lean physique was enough to earn him the title of Mr. Olympia.

That's a title that came with a $600,000 prize purse, by the way.

While this year's Arnold Classic raised its first-place prize to $750,000, the Olympia kept the same prize structure as last year. However, that shouldn't (and doesn't) take away from the event's prestige.

The Arnold has become a premier bodybuilding event in its own right, but the Olympia is still the sport's most coveted prize.

Obviously, winning the Open was a massive goal for Walker, who changed his approach after failing to make the top five in 2025. He restructured his training routine and hired a new coach, Prabh Dhaliwal, in order to focus fully on training.

"I think overall, I just like being a robot," Walker said in a June YouTube video (h/t Doug Murray of Fitness Volt). "If I can find somebody that I know I can trust, I'll pick the robot. The process itself was extremely fun. I enjoyed doing it, learning my body, learning the ins and outs, going through the peaking process."

Walker's new approach paid off, as he managed to edge out Dauda and become the champion of the Olympia Weekend's biggest event. However, he was far from the only champion to to be crowned in Las Vegas this year.

The men's open is the highlight of Joe Weider's Fitness and Performance Weekend, but the following competitors emerged as champions as well:
