2026 Predictions
Lunsford, Choopan and Dauda are among the three best in the bodybuilding world right now and have been exchanging places in results for years. They are the last three performers to win Mr. Olympia and, barring injury or sudden and inexplicable retirement, they will likely be at or near the top of the sport come 2026.
Lunsford has captured two of the last three titles and Choopan won in 2022 before three straight second-place finishes.
With that said, Saturday's results forecasted an oncoming storm in the form of Andrew Jacked, who blew past 2024 winner Dauda to finish in the top three.
After a music mishap a year ago forced him to cut his performance short, he left no question that he belonged with the sport's best. It was his second, third-place finish at a prestigious event with the other being at the 2025 Arnold Classic, where he finished behind Lunsford and Dauda.
He still has to fine-tune his posing ability and his on-stage stamina, but there is no reason to believe the 40-year-old will not continue his upward momentum and break through and win one of the industry's most coveted events.
Until he does that, Lunsford and Choopan, two incredibly consistent performers, remain the most likely to win another Olympia title next October.
Prediction: Lunsford wins his third Mr. Olympia, Choopan follows close behind
