Fantasy Football Week 6 Rankings: Pittsburgh Steelers and 5 Shutdown Defenses
When setting your Week 6 fantasy football lineups, consider these five defenses as the best this weekend:
No team's offense has created more points for fantasy defenses than the Rams, who visit Lambeau Field fresh off their bye week.

Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
The Packers defense has played much better as of late, intercepting at least two passes in each of the last four weeks.
Sam Bradford and the Rams offense has their work cut out for them on Sunday.
At times, the Steelers defense has been exploited on the ground this season. However, they still rank among the best teams against the pass.
With a rookie quarterback in Blaine Gabbert next on the schedule, the Steelers defense should be able to put up elite-level fantasy numbers.
The only worry here is Maurice Jones-Drew, who has rushed for 80 or more yards in all five games this season.
Save two hiccups against the Patriots and Raiders, the Jets defense have put together three of the top fantasy scores by defenses this season.
This week, the Jets get a Dolphins team that can't run the football (their biggest weakness) and has a quarterback in Matt Moore who is making his first start of the season.
Moore was the No. 2 quarterback behind an average player like Chad Henne for a reason. The Jets should feast.
It's still surprising to see the Lions on a list of top defenses, but here they sit at No. 4.
Very few teams can bring consistent pressure like Detroit, and I'm not sure I'd trust the improving but enigmatic Alex Smith against that line.
The 49ers are certainly improved on offense and Frank Gore has back-to-back 100-yard games, but the Lions appear to be a safe defensive play this weekend.
The Saints defense has been mostly average in a fantasy sense this season, but it's tough not to like their matchup against the Bucs on Sunday.
Tampa Bay is fresh off a 48-3 whooping, in which they gave up three sacks and three turnovers (one for a touchdown). The Saints can still be an opportunistic defense if given the chance, and I think the Bucs will give them plenty of chances.
