Clint Capela Injury: Updates on Rockets Center's Ankle and Return
Houston Rockets center Clint Capela has been out since Feb. 25 with a right ankle sprain. However, he's ready to return to the court.

Capela told reporters he's going to play Wednesday night against New Orleans.
Capela Developing Faster Than Expected
Capela has become a more integral part of Houston's rotation in his second season. He's slowly coming into his own, averaging a solid 7.2 points and 6.8 rebounds per game, and giving the Rockets solid production and depth.
The Rockets do have Dwight Howard starting at center. He's been able to stay healthy for the most part, so they will be able to survive without Capela as long as their other main big man is on the court.
However, Capela's absence does shine a light on the biggest problem the Rockets have had this season. He is fourth on the team in defensive win shares, per Basketball-Reference.com, which makes him even more valuable to a team that ranks 27th in points allowed.
There's no way to sugarcoat how bad this season has been for the Rockets, who are fighting for their playoff lives at 29-29. Capela has been one of the few bright spots, and he helps stabilize interim head coach J.B. Bickerstaff's rotation.
