Gurley Records 125-Plus Rushing Yards in 3 Straight Games
St. Louis Rams running back Todd Gurley has taken the NFL by storm, becoming the first rookie since Cadillac Williams in 2005 to record 125 or more rushing yards in each of his first three career starts, per ESPN'S Adam Caplan.
Selected 10th overall in the 2015 NFL draft, the 21-year-old Gurley missed the first two weeks of the season, after tearing the ACL in his left knee in his last season at the University of Georgia in November 2014.
He then came off the bench in Week 3 against the Pittsburgh Steelers, rushing for just nine yards on six carries in his first NFL appearance.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Despite his slow start, the Rams decided to unleash Gurley in Week 4 against the Arizona Cardinals, and they were rewarded with a 19-carry, 146-yard performance in a surprising 24-22 victory.
The 227-pound rookie came back just as strong the next week, picking up 150 yards on 30 carries against the Green Bay Packers, albeit in a 24-10 loss.
Following a bye week, Gurley steamrolled the Cleveland Browns in Sunday's 24-6 victory, finishing with 128 yards and the first two touchdowns of his career on 19 carries, with another 35 yards on four receptions.
Gurley will now look to extend his streak of 125-yard rushing games to four, and with the struggling San Francisco 49ers headed to St. Louis on Sunday, nobody's betting against him.
