DeSean Jackson and Pierre Garcon's Post-Week 16 Fantasy Reaction
Week 16 wasn't a good time to count on any member of the Washington Redskins' passing game to put your fantasy football team over the top in the playoffs.
Both DeSean Jackson and Pierre Garcon failed to find the end zone, hindering what could have been strong performances in a 27-24 win over the Philadelphia Eagles on Saturday.

Report: Rodgers Gets 'Rare' Tender

Re-Drafting the Last 5 Rookie Classes 🤯
This is championship week in the vast majority of fantasy leagues, so most owners won't care what kind of value Garcon and Jackson offer in Week 17.
For those with something to play for beyond this weekend, it's important to turn over every rock in order to find any potential edge on your opponent.
Washington plays the Dallas Cowboys, which is a more favorable matchup for the Redskins' passing game. According to Football Outsiders, the Cowboys rank 22nd in pass defense DVOA (defense-adjusted value over average).
The only problem is that Robert Griffin III remains an inconsistent quarterback. Much of Jackson and Garcon's value is tied to how RG3 performs. He's failed to throw for more than one touchdown in a game this season, which is somewhat concerning when banking on a big fantasy day from either of his top two targets.
Between Jackson and Garcon, the former is the only one worth starting. He has that big-play potential, with seven 50-plus-yard receptions this year, per ESPN Stats and Info:
Fit Jackson in as a potential WR3 or flex play. He has a somewhat high ceiling, but you should know that he has the potential to be a fantasy dud next week.
