Arsenal Transfer News: Laurent Koscielny Right About Yann M'Vila's Potential
Arsenal footballer Laurent Koscielny has been lobbying for his French teammate Yann M'Vila to transfer to Emirates Stadium, and he could not be more right about M'Vila's forthcoming success in the Premier League.
Here's what Koscielny had to say about his Euro 2012 teammate and the impact he will have if he joins the Gunners, from Daily Mail.
""Yann is a player with enormous quality," Koscielny said. "He is strong on the ball and has great vision. He can triumph in an important competition like the Premier League."
"Would he be good at Arsenal? Of course."

M'Vila would indeed be "good" at Arsenal, and in time, he'd become great. He's been one of the key players on French club team Rennes, and his 7.08 rating, courtesy of WhoScored.com, ranks him tied for seventh in efficiency in Ligue 1, just behind many players rumored to be heading to the EPL.
Arsenal undoubtedly had their share of struggles in the 2011-12 season that was doomed after the departures of Samir Nasri and Cesc Fabregas, but they finished third in the Premier League and are headed to the Champions League again.
The chance to play Champions League football year in and year out, as well as being one of the top contenders for the Premier League title, should be all the motivation M'Vila needs to convince himself that his place is with Arsenal.
On top of that, he's receiving praise from Arsenal's best.
M'Vila would help to fill the hole at defensive midfielder for the Gunners, who need more solid players at the position next to obvious starter Alex Song. Jack Wilshere is still recovering from a nagging injury and, at 20 years old, he's still developing as a player.
The 21-year-old M'Vila's focus at the moment is squarely on getting healthy for France's European Championship opener against England. He suffered an ankle injury in France's final warm-up against Serbia.
But no matter how things end up for his French side in Euro 2012, M'Vila will find himself in a great position heading into more transfer talks after the European Championship.
Arsenal struggled to defend in the 2011-12 Premier League season, which is one of the main reasons why they're turning their focus toward bolstering the defense and defensive midfield.
The consistency of Robin van Persie and the emergence of Theo Walcott have all but locked up the Gunners' offensive prowess for the next few years.
M'Vila will reap the benefits of playing on a complete team if he finalizes his move to Arsenal, and he'd be foolish not to do so.
