NFL Picks Week 11: Heavy Favorites That Will Easily Win and Cover
In the NFL, any spread more than about seven points is a pretty big number. If oddsmakers are saying that a team will win by more than a touchdown and extra point against another NFL team, it means that there is probably a great talent difference.
It also probably means that the favored teams are at home, which is the case in three of these four games.
Don't expect these teams to have any trouble not only winning, but also covering their spread.

Green Bay Packers (-14.5) vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Quite frankly, Josh Freeman is too prone to turning the ball over in this one for me to have any confidence that the Buccaneers can pull an upset.
Defensively, I don't like the Buccaneers' chances of stopping the Packers at all. Nobody has been very good at doing that this year, and Tampa Bay's defense just doesn't impress me as the one to stop Aaron Rodgers and company.
The Packers are absolutely loaded. At Lambeau Field, we're looking at a blowout.
Prediction: Packers 37, Buccaneers 13
Dallas Cowboys (-8) at Washington Redskins
While their game earlier in the year would indicate a much closer contest than I am predicting, a lot has changed since then.
Now, the Cowboys are relatively healthy, while the Redskins are beaten up. The first game was the exact opposite.
Now, the Redskins are playing terrible, while the Cowboys are heating up. Earlier in the year, the roles were reversed.
Look for the Cowboys to roll against their rivals.
Prediction: Cowboys 31, Redskins 6
San Francisco 49ers (-10) vs. Arizona Cardinals
While the Cardinals are riding a hot streak, they haven't done very well against the 49ers in recent years. The 49ers haven't lost since Week 2 and have a smothering defense.
Looking at this objectively, John Skelton doesn't really have the makeup to do anything significant against the defensive unit.
I expect a few nice plays from Larry Fitzgerald, but wouldn't be at all surprised if Arizona couldn't find the end zone once on Sunday. As a matter of fact, that's what I am going with.
Prediction: 49ers 27, Cardinals 3
New England Patriots (-15) vs. Kansas City Chiefs
Despite a very nice 6-3 record, the Patriots are battling slight inconsistency this season, especially on the defensive side of the ball.
But the team that defines inconsistency in the NFL in 2011 is the Kansas City Chiefs. With Matt Cassel, they would have a hard time putting up the points to get anywhere near the Patriots.
Now that he's out of the lineup, this one screams "Monday night blowout." It wouldn't surprise me to see the Chiefs get a few scores, but the Patriots will cruise to a win and cover.
Prediction: Patriots 38, Chiefs 14
