50 of the Greatest Touchdowns of the Last 10 Years
Scoring a touchdown is the most exciting thing in all of sports—if you disagree, then I suggest you find another article to read.
Touchdowns are memorable and some are just flat-out unforgettable. In fact, we can sit here and pick from the last 10 years alone and find 50 touchdowns that we'll never forget.
With that being said, think of some touchdowns that you'll never forget. Something like Eli Manning's touchdown pass to Plaxico Burress in Super Bowl XLII to beat the New England Patriots or when Randy Moss caught a touchdown pass and then went on to "moon" the Lambeau faithful.
In this collection of touchdowns, these are simply the greatest and ultimately the most important touchdowns of the last 10 years.
So sit back and relax and enjoy all of these unforgettable moments in NFL history.
(Note: Some touchdowns are not available on YouTube and keep in mind this is not a ranking, as it's a collection of greatness.)
All of Tom Brady's Touchdowns in 2007
1 of 50All right, I'm done.
Here's all of Tom Brady's touchdown passes in the 2007 season where he set the NFL record for 50 in a season. I mean, there's 50 right there, so I guess that means I'm done—just kidding.
But man, was this a breathtaking season? Brady's performance in '07 was incredible.
(FYI, I have actually watched this 13-minute video probably 50 times in my life.)
Santonio Holmes' Game Winning TD in Super Bowl 43
2 of 50Some will argue that this was the greatest touchdown reception in NFL history. What do you think?
All I know is that I will never forget this catch, as Santonio Holmes propelled the Pittsburgh Steelers to their sixth Super Bowl championship over the Arizona Cardinals.
Brandon Stokley's Game-Winning TD Against the Bengals
3 of 50Was this just luck? I mean, Brandon Stokely defines the expression of "being in the right place in the right time" with this score.
Also might I add that I love how Stokely runs out the clock before crossing the goal line—that's a smart football player.
Ed Reed's Pick Six Against the Philadelphia Eagles
4 of 50Whenever Ed Reed gets the ball, he makes something happen—it's just a given.
Here's one of Reed's six career pick-sixes.
Antonio Cromartie's 109-Yard Return After a Field Goal
5 of 50How is this even possible?
I clearly understand the rules and all, but how did Antonio Cromartie snag the ball from the air as it was going out of bounds and return it 109 yards for a touchdown without a single player even touching him?
Dante Hall Breaks Some Ankles Before Scoring a Touchdown
6 of 50We all know Dante Hall for being one of the greatest returners in NFL history, not as a wide receiver.
However, when he did catch the ball and he was in space, he certainly could make things happen.
This video looks like Madden, that's how insane Hall's moves were.
Vince Young to Kenny Britt with Time Expiring to Win the Game
7 of 50I hate to say it, but this was all luck—Vince Young simply threw the ball up for grabs with time expiring on fourth down.
However, on the other end of it, this is one of the greatest catches that I have ever seen. I am shocked that Kenny Britt was able to hold on.
Jay Cutler's Game Winning TD Pass to Beat the Vikings in Overtime
8 of 50There is nothing better than beating your rivals, just ask Jay Cutler and the Chicago Bears.
Cutler has had his ups and downs as a Bear, but this is one of his great moments at quarterback as he knocked off the Minnesota Vikings in overtime.
Bruce Gradkowski Knocks off the Pittsburgh Steelers
9 of 50Bruce Gradkowski certainly doesn't have too many bright moments in the NFL, as this is one of his few ones and arguably his greatest.
Gradkowski hooked up with Louis Murphy with just nine seconds left to give the Raiders the lead over one of the NFL's powerhouses, the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Brett Favre to Greg Lewis Against the San Francisco 49ers
10 of 50I remember watching this live and I was so shocked—I actually stared at the TV with a blank look on my face questioning myself, "did that just happen?"
The funny thing is, Greg Lewis has yet to score a single touchdown after his epic 2009 grab.
Michael Vick and DeSean Jackson Hook Up on the First Play of the Game
11 of 50What a way to open up a game! This was simply unbelievable.
I remember this game actually, as I had Michael Vick and DeSean Jackson on my fantasy team and I was losing by like 70 points.
They were my only two players left as my opponent had no one left, so this was my only chance. I ended up coming back and absolutely destroying him, thanks to Vick and Jackson.
Matt Cassel's TD Pass to Randy Moss to Send the Game into Overtime
12 of 50This was absolutely a miracle.
Matt Cassel, who was playing for the injured Tom Brady, connected with Randy Moss with just one second left in the game that would force overtime. Ultimately, the Patriots lost in overtime against Jets.
James Harrison's Longest Touchdown in Super Bowl History
13 of 50All I have to say is "wow."
Seriously, this is the longest touchdown in NFL history.
Joseph Addai's Game-Winning Touchdown Against the Patriots
14 of 50After trailing 21-3, the Indianapolis Colts punched their ticket to the Super Bowl with Joseph Addai's touchdown run to put the Colts up for good against the New England Patriots.
At least, Peyton Manning and the Colts overcame Tom Brady, Bill Belichick and the Patriots.
Eli Manning to Plaxico Burress to Beat the 18-0 New England Patriots
15 of 50I am sure that all of you probably love this, as the majority of the NFL absolutely hates the New England Patriots.
Although, I will admit that this touchdown pass does impress me as Eli Manning and the New York Giants completed the greatest upset in the history of sports, as they knocked off the undefeated New England Patriots.
(FYI, I cried that night.)
Peyton Manning and Marvin Harrison Multiple NFL Records
16 of 50Since I can't find a video for Peyton Manning's and Marvin Harrison's records together, I'd figure that I'd just give you NFL Network's video.
Manning and Harrison hold NFL passing tandem records, including 112 touchdowns and 953 completions.
Ronnie Brown Unleashes the Wildcat Against the Patriots
17 of 50Ronnie Brown and the Miami Dolphins are the ones responsible for the Wildcat phenomena that has swarmed across the NFL, but has seemed to have died down a bit the past couple of seasons.
Brown scored a total of four rushing touchdowns and one passing touchdown out of the Wildcat against the New England Patriots back in 2008. It was the first time that Brown and the Dolphins had lined up in the ancient Single Wing formation.
DeSean Jackson's Game-Winning Punt Return for a Touchdown
18 of 50How incredible was this? I actually watched this game, as Michael Vick was on my fantasy team this year, and this game was one of the greatest comebacks in NFL history—it was probably the most impressive comeback that I have ever witnessed.
DeSean Jackson proved to the NFL that he is an elite player with his dramatic return as time expired.
Peyton Manning's 49th Touchdown in 2004
19 of 50This was the record breaker, as Peyton Manning broke Dan Marino's single-season record of 48 touchdowns in a season as Manning scored his 49th on a bullet to Brandon Stokely.
That record didn't last for long.
Tom Brady's 50th Touchdown Pass in 2007
20 of 50Like I just said, Peyton Manning's record did not last for long.
In 2007, Tom Brady had the greatest season by a quarterback as he threw a total of 50 touchdown passes, with his 50th going to Randy Moss, who also set the NFL record for 23 touchdown receptions.
The funny thing is, Brady tried hitting Moss on the exact same pattern the play before this one—I guess the New York Giants couldn't take a hint.
Karlos Dansby's Overtime Touchdown to Beat the Green Bay Packers
21 of 50What a shocking way to end a game!
On third-and-five, the Green Bay Packers decided to throw the ball, which ended up being an awful decision as Aaron Rodgers was striped.

Devin Hester's Kickoff Return for a Touchdown

Unfortunately, the Indianapolis Colts managed to move on and beat the Chicago Bears.
Greg Jennings Second TD Reception in Super Bowl 45
28 of 50Greg Jennings seals the Green Bay Packers Super Bowl victory with his second touchdown of the game.
Do you think that Jennings deserved to be named Super Bowl MVP or do you think that it was right to award it to Aaron Rodgers?
Devin Hester's One-Handed TD Catch Against the Dallas Cowboys
29 of 50I think it was the right move to switch Devin Hester from cornerback to wide receiver—what do you think?
Tom Brady Connects with Wes Welker for a 99-Yard Touchdown
30 of 50Tom Brady and Wes Welker are unstoppable, there's nothing much more that I could say.
Brady and Welker are always on the same page and this 99 yard touchdown pass is a prime example.
LaDainian Tomlinson's Record Setting 29th Touchdown
31 of 50LaDainian Tomlinson is arguably the greatest running back of the recent decade and he certainly has the records to back it up.

Tom Brady, Randy Moss and BenJarvus Green-Ellis Complete the Flea Flicker
32 of 50This flea flicker is one of the most exciting plays in football, as it's so hard to actually complete but when you it is completed, it's one of the most fascinating things to watch.
The one thing that I love about this touchdown is how Tom Brady actually stood in the pocket with no pressure and was able to chuck this ball deep to Randy Moss.
Drew Brees' TD Pass to Jeremy Shockey in Super Bowl 44
33 of 50Drew Brees became a legend in Super Bowl 44, as he led the New Orleans Saints to their first-ever Super Bowl victory.

Michael Vick's Overtime Touchdown Run Against the Minnesota Vikings

This touchdown run was insane. One of the best in history.
JaMarcus Russell and Chaz Schilens Win It Against the Denver Broncos
36 of 50Hey, after this touchdown pass I bet a lot of you guys actually thought that JaMarcus Russell had a future as an NFL quarterback—well, you were all wrong and so was I.
Russell is such a waste of talent, it's sickening.
Randy Moss' One-Handed Catch over Darrelle Revis

Devin Hester Returns a Missed Field Goal for a Touchdown Against the Giants
38 of 50This is simply incredible.

Aaron Rodgers' First Super Bowl Touchdown Pass
39 of 50The first score of the game came from the eventual Super Bowl MVP.
For Green Bay Packers fans' sake, hopefully a lot more Super Bowl touchdowns will be coming their way from the arm of Aaron Rodgers.
Randy Moss "Moons" the Lambeau Faithful After a TD Reception
40 of 50Randy Moss' touchdown reception was just the icing on the cake in the Minnesota Viking's Wild Card victory over the Green Bay Packers.
Do you think that Moss' celebration was a disgusting? Joe Buck thinks so.
Greg Jennings Gives the Green Bay Packers a Commanding Lead in Super Bowl 45

47 of 50The pass from Kurt Warner wasn't special or anything but the catch that Larry Fitzgerald made was absolutely unbelievable.
Fitzgerald is just something special.
Ed Reed Laterals the Ball to Dawan Landry for a Touchdown
48 of 50It's almost like when the Baltimore Ravens' defense has the ball in their hands that they're just going to toy with the opposing offense and make them look like fools.
Ed Reed and Dawan Landry did exactly that on this one.
Antwan Randle El's TD Pass in Super Bowl XL
49 of 50How many wide receivers can say that they threw a touchdown pass in the Super Bowl? Not too many; in fact, Antwan Randle El is the only one that comes to memory.
This touchdown pass was unbelievable.
Tom Brady, Randy Moss and Jabar Gaffney Complete the Flea Flicker
50 of 50You know why I love this touchdown so much? Because it was right over the head of Pittsburgh Steelers' safety Anthony Smith, who earlier that week guaranteed a win over the New England Patriots.
All I have to do is just laugh.
