Seahawks vs. Cowboys: TV Schedule, Live Streaming, Radio, Game Time and More
The Seattle Seahawks (2-5) will attempt to right the ship after losing two straight games to teams from Ohio as they travel south to take on the Dallas Cowboys (3-4), who are coming off a very disappointing loss of their own.
After pulling off a shocking playoff upset last season, it's been a swift fall from grace for the Seahawks. The team's offense has failed to generate any consistency, especially with quarterback Tarvaris Jackson sidelined, and the defense isn't good enough to carry them.
As for Dallas, it's been another season of failing to meet expectations. It seems like every time the Cowboys begin to build some momentum, it all goes away with one poor performance. There isn't much room for error if they still want to make the playoffs.

What's at Stake?
This clash could be considered a playoff elimination game because, even though it's only Week 9, the losing team will have too much ground to make up and several teams to leapfrog in the process. In other words, a highly unlikely scenario for a sub-.500 team.
If Dallas were to lose as a double-digit favorite, the media scrutiny would be unimaginable. America's Team has struggled with that type of pressure in recent seasons and will need to avoid another letdown this time around.

What They're Saying
Danny O'Neil of the Seattle Times takes a look at Pete Carroll's situation with the Seahawks and how the veteran coach is not used to being in the position in which the team currently finds itself.
"Carroll has never had a losing record after seven games as an NFL head coach. No team of his has been 2-5 since 2001, his first season at USC. And this time there's no Las Vegas Bowl to shoot for.
As Carroll gave his status report after Sunday's game, he offered a most comprehensive summary on Seattle's present difficulties (which are significant), his optimism for the team's future (which is unrelenting) and a timeline for improvement (totally uncertain).
"
Rick Gosselin of the Dallas Morning News recently answered fan questions and took a pretty harsh shot across the bow of Cowboys owner Jerry Jones.
"QUESTION: Rick, what percentage do you fault Jerry Jones over the last 17 years or so for the Cowboys being a "loser" organization?
Rick Gosselin: 75 percent. He's the general manager. Most general managers are allowed two head coaching hires before the GM himself gets fired. Jerry has had five coaching hires since winning his last Super Bowl. If Jerry wasn't the GM, he'd have fired that guy after Campo.
"
Seahawks Player To Watch: WR Doug Baldwin
The undrafted free agent out of Stanford has turned into Seattle's No. 2 option in the passing game. He's caught at least five passes in three of his last four games, including a monster performance against the New York Giants in Week 5.
Cowboys Player To Watch: WR Dez Bryant
Bryant has been the center of controversy all week and will be looking to let his game do the talking this week. He's yet to have a 100-yard game during his sophomore season and clearly believes the offense isn't utilizing him to his full potential.
Key Matchup: Cowboys RB DeMarco Murray vs. Seahawks front seven
Murray has taken big strides toward becoming an every-down back in recent weeks. If Seattle has any hope of pulling off the upset, stopping him should be the top priority. Making the Cowboys a one-dimensional team usually leads to more mistakes from Tony Romo.
On the Hot Seat: Cowboys QB Tony Romo
Speaking of Romo, when was the last time he wasn't on the hot seat? The seventh year quarterback is forced to accept too much blame for Dallas' shortcomings and no less than a dozen other teams would love to have him under center. But, things are different in “Big D.”
Prediction: Cowboys 34, Seahawks 27
