NFL Week 7 Picks: Oakland Raiders and Home Teams That Will Shred Opponents
The Oakland Raiders' trade for Carson Palmer is going to propel them to a massive victory at home this week against the Kansas City Chiefs.
The Chiefs are coming off a bye week and two straight victories, but things get much tougher in Oakland. The Raiders just acquired Palmer from the Bengals, and he will carry the team to a huge victory this week.
The Silver and Black are going to give Kansas City a heavy dosage of Darren McFadden this week, who will put up monstrous numbers in this game. Oakland has the No. 2 ranked run game in the NFL, while the Chiefs are giving up over 115 yards per game on the ground.

Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
It's going to be a long day for Todd Haley's team who doesn't boast much of an offensive attack outside of Dwayne Bowe. Matt Cassel and company simply won't have enough to keep up Palmer's new team, in what is sure to be a blowout victory at Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum.
The Indianapolis Colts head to the Big Easy this week, where they are prepared to be dismantled by the Saints.
New Orleans is coming off a heartbreaking loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers last week, and will be looking to rebound against the Colts.
Curtis Painter will be under center for Indianapolis again. He can expect the Saints to bring a ton of blitzes, which will lead to pressure in his face all day. As of right now, Painter is the worst QB in the NFL under pressure, as he is completing less than 45 percent of his passes. The only QB who has a worse completion percentage under pressure is sitting on the bench behind him.
Sean Payton is expected to be in the coaches box for this one, which should provide a boost for the Black and Gold. Drew Brees has been efficient this year, as the team currently has the second best passing attack in the NFL.
Jim Caldwell's team is currently conceding over 250 yards passing per game, and should expect to give up more than that this week.
It's going to be a long day in Louisiana for the Colts, who will leave the state following a blowout loss that puts the team one step close to the No. 1 overall pick in April's draft.
There is no team in the NFL who is going to be more pissed off than the Lions entering this week. The Atlanta Falcons have definitely picked the wrong week to head to the Motor City.
Detroit's offense has been electrifying to this point in the season. They are currently ranked No. 8 in the passing department, but still need to find a way to be more effective on the ground. Jahvid Best will likely miss this week's game with a concussion, which will leave the Lions very thin at RB.
Lucky for them, they face an Atlanta team that loves to give up huge chunks of yards through the air. Instead of addressing their need for secondary help in this year's draft, the Falcons traded up for Julio Jones. The void in the secondary left this team in a tough spot, and they are now the sixth worst pass defense in the NFL.
That doesn't exactly bode well for a team that has to cover Calvin Johnson this week.
Megatron is going to explode this week, and will single-handedly carry this team to a victory.
With Jim Schwartz bringing a ton of pressure on Matt Ryan, this will be a long day for the Falcons offense.
The Falcons are going to head back to Atlanta in a huge hole with a 3-4 record.
