Champions League 2019: Odds, Live Stream for Tuesday's Round of 16 Fixtures

The UEFA Champions League returns on Tuesday with the standout fixture being Paris Saint-Germain's visit to Old Trafford to take on Manchester United.

Much has changed since the draw was made. Manchester United have changed manager and are unbeaten in 11 games under caretaker boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, while PSG will be without key attackers Neymar and Edinson Cavani because of injury.

Tuesday's other fixture sees last season's semi-finalists AS Roma take on Portuguese champions FC Porto at the Stadio Olimpico.

Manchester United vs. Paris Saint-Germain

PSG's priority this season is to win the Champions League, but they travelled to Manchester for the first leg of their last-16 tie without Neymar, Cavani and Thomas Meunier because of injury:

Veteran goalkeeper Gianluigi Buffon told Becky Anderson and James Masters at CNN that the absence of Neymar, who has scored 20 goals already this season, will be an issue for the Ligue 1 side.

"I think this is a problem for us. I'm not sure if it's a big problem or a little one. I hope it's only a small problem and that we are nevertheless a team that can thrive without him, it would give us great strength and confidence."

Angel Di Maria and Julian Draxler are expected to join Kylian Mbappe in attack for the game at Old Trafford.

However, Manchester United are flying high since sacking Jose Mourinho and bringing in Solskjaer, and there is a feel-good factor around Old Trafford currently.

Manchester United are yet to taste defeat under Solskjaer and will fancy their chances against a depleted PSG side. The Red Devils go into the game in strong form and with huge momentum, which should give them the edge.

AS Roma vs. FC Porto

Roma made headlines last season with their extraordinary second-leg comeback against Barcelona. The Giallorossi reached the semi-finals by winning the return leg 3-0 to progress on away goals.

The Serie A side were eventually dumped out by Liverpool but have another chance to make an impression on the knockout stages this season.

Manager Eusebio Di Francesco has spoken of the importance of not conceding an away goal on Tuesday:

Roma head into the match after ending a run of three games without a win on Friday against Chievo. The capital club won 3-0 with goals from Stephan El Shaarawy, Edin Dzeko and Aleksandar Kolarov.

Porto are likely to prove difficult opponents. Sergio Conceicao's side cruised through the group stages with 16 points from a possible 18.

Tuesday's visitors are unbeaten in their last five Champions League away matches and will fancy taking something from the Stadio Olimpico.
