The Atlanta Falcons defeated the Detroit Lions with help from a controversial final play last Sunday, but rookie defensive end Takkarist McKinley apparently lost a piece of himself during the encounter.
An eBay user who claims to work at Ford Field is auctioning one of McKinley's dreadlocks, which was allegedly left on the turf.

While that user cannot authenticate the item with any certainty, the 21-year-old player took to Twitter to claim his missing item.
"I gotta buy my dread back," McKinley joked.
Per the seller, the winner of the auction also receives a mouthguard supposedly belonging to Atlanta defensive end Brooks Reed.
Well, the bid for McKinley's dreadlock came to an end after reaching $11,000, but no one claimed the hair. Instead, eBay decided to remove the auction.

Assuming the dreadlock belonged to the Falcons defensive end, McKinley may not have to buy it back after all.
