WWE Raw Results: Biggest Winners, Losers and Moments from November 21
The march to WWE Roadblock: End of the Line began Monday night on Raw, with Superstars from the top of the card to the bottom jockeying for position ahead of the December 18 event.
Some men and women were more successful than others, earning "winner" status for this week's broadcast. They were champions successfully defending their titles, massive ass-kickers asserting their dominance and a charismatic star who earned himself a title opportunity.
Not everyone was as lucky, including someone who is supposed to be the top Superstar on the brand by way of his status as champion.

Modern-Day Dream Matches 💭

Most Likely Backlash Heel/Face Turns 🎭
| Rich Swann | Winner | One of the lone bright spots in WWE's mishandling of the cruiserweight division, he is now the top contender to The Brian Kendrick's title and favorite to dethrone him. |
| Braun Strowman | Winner | The massive competitor followed up an impressive Survivor Series performance by running over Sami Zayn in dominant fashion, setting him up for a monstrous run in the new year. |
| Bayley | Loser | The lovable competitor appeared poised to slot herself as the new No. 1 contender to the Raw Women's Championship when Sasha Banks leapfrogged her and set up a title bout for herself next week. She may still get her shot, but being so easily pushed aside does her no favors. |
Biggest Winner: The New Day
It feels like an eternity since The New Day has earned "winner" status, primarily because of the funk the trio found themselves in over the summer. A lack of credible competition will do that to you.
Monday night, the Raw tag team champions defeated Sheamus and Cesaro in a superb match to successfully retain their titles. They had to be resourceful, though, their finishing moves and signature spots barely fazing the united front of The Swiss Superman and The Celtic Warrior.
When nothing else worked, Kofi Kingston capitalized on a brief distraction and rolled Cesaro up for the pinfall victory, proving to the WWE Universe once again why they have been tag team champions for well over 400 days.
Next week, The New Day will look to continue its historic run against Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows. Never before, though, has one team so thoroughly dominated competition due to a lack of other compelling tandems.
The abundance of merchandise sold and enormous reactions in arenas across the country certainly don't hurt, either.
Biggest Loser: Kevin Owens
Will the WWE Universal champion ever be allowed to win a match on his own, without having to rely on someone else to interfere on his behalf?
Since his championship victory in August, Owens has been a generic bad guy who needs someone to cheat for him in order to win matches. That is the exact opposite of what made him such a compelling villain in the first place.
The Kevin Owens of old would have kicked John Cena below the belt, told him he was going to beat him, then proceed to actually defeat him. This Owens is a champion whose reign has been synonymous with screwy finishes and an abundance of Chris Jericho interferences.
It doesn't work, it cheapens his effect in that role and, worst of all, decreases his credibility among fans.
Yes, the interference helps progress storylines, but so would a clean victory for a guy who is supposed to be the premier star on the show. At some point, WWE Creative is going to have to bite the bullet and let him beat someone cleanly, without outside influence.
Until that happens, the championship-toting Owens we get will be a shell of the man who made such an immediate impact upon his arrival a year ago.
