Jurgen Klopp Talks Jose Mourinho, Liverpool Title Chances After Reds Top Chelsea
Jurgen Klopp vindicated his appointment as Liverpool manager on Saturday after clinching his first Premier League victory in the post with a 3-1 win over Jose Mourinho's flagging Chelsea.
The result brought about Chelsea's sixth league defeat of the campaign and put Mourinho's place as Blues boss in further doubt, but Klopp insisted the Portuguese remains among the world's best, per the Liverpool Echo's Neil Jones:

Chelsea have now gone four matches without a win and have taken just four points from a possible 15 in their last five Premier League games.
Liverpool, on the other hand, remain unbeaten under Klopp and are up to seventh in the table, but the German remained eager to distance his team from any talk of a title run:
Philippe Coutinho scored twice for the Merseysiders and Christian Benteke came off the bench to add a third as Liverpool scored three goals at Stamford Bridge for the first time in the Premier League era.
One might see that as a step in the right direction, but at the same time, it's a difficult result to glean lessons from given Chelsea's calamitous fall this season.
It's only 18 months since Liverpool's 2013-14 season saw them finish second to Manchester City in the English top flight under axed chief Brendan Rodgers, but perhaps fans can begin to dream again with Klopp at their helm.
In any case, the former Borussia Dortmund manager told BT Sport there was no small amount of luck in Saturday's triumph, putting them five points off the top of the table—at least temporarily:
Liverpool had their backs against the wall after just four minutes in west London as Ramires nodded in a header to put the hosts in front.
Clearly keen for his players to learn the hard way, Klopp was quoted by Jones and said the setback was the best outcome his men could have hoped for, stating "you have to make mistakes so you can learn from them."

Based on Saturday's performance, the Merseyside giants are better than Chelsea at bouncing back from such setbacks, with the Blues struggling to come upon any points at present.
Stamford Bridge could nonetheless be heard signing Mourinho's name following Chelsea's 3-1 defeat, but Klopp stands by the belief Mourinho has the talent needed to rescue them from their demise.
