James Wearing Walking Boot

Beasley noted the 2014 first-round draft pick went down in the first half and headed to the locker room. After the game, James was wearing a boot but declined to discuss the injury, per Salguero.
Jason Fox Replaced James
Jason Fox filled in for James after he went down against the Patriots, and CBS Miami's Mike Cugno didn't express much faith in his abilities:
The good news is that Dolphins quarterback Ryan Tannehill still has Pro Bowlers to protect him at left tackle and center in Branden Albert and Mike Pouncey, respectively.
Albert's presence on Tannehill's blind side has taken pressure off James, though the latter showed he could play left tackle when Albert tore his ACL and MCL in November 2014. The team will thus miss James' versatility while he remains on the sidelines.
