Real Madrid Transfer News: Latest on Eden Hazard Chelsea Exit Rumours
Eden Hazard wants to be Real Madrid's next Galactico signing as rumours surface the Chelsea player wishes to end his association with the Premier League champions. However, another report suggests the Bernabeu giants do not want the player as he "is not a priority."
Spanish website Fichajes (h/t Mark Brus of Metro) said the diminutive Belgium international wants to put the wheels in motion for a Stamford Bridge departure as he "dreams" of a chance to represent Los Blancos.
Despite that, Pete Jenson of the MailOnline wrote Madrid are "reluctant to break the bank" for Hazard as they are well stocked with attackers.

Hazard is the reigning PFA Player of the Year but has been derided for his performances this season as Chelsea's form has plummeted to new depths.

Blues manager Jose Mourinho's job is at risk, according to the Sun, and the time appears right for Madrid to make their move if they change their mind about buying the attacker.
Hazard has seen his guaranteed first-team starting berth removed by his coach and featured for just 12 minutes in Chelsea's recent home win against Aston Villa, according to Squawka.
Real president Florentino Perez is an admirer of the tricky forward, per Brus, and the player fits the profile of the global superstars Madrid always want to acquire.
Cristiano Ronaldo's future is constantly questioned in the press, and the icon's friend Jose Semedo recently told talkSPORT Madrid's all-time leading goalscorer wants a return to English football, forcing Real to reassess their options for the future.

Hazard would be the perfect replacement for CR7, providing a focused threat from the left side of the attack, as Ronaldo has done for many years.
However, Hazard's lack of creditable statistics will concern Real, as the player has just two assists in his 10 Premier League games this term, per WhoScored.com. B/R UK recently recalled Mourinho's comparison of Hazard to one of the world's best before his dramatic crash in form:
Hazard hasn't become a bad player overnight, and his form is more of a reflection of Mourinho's mismanagement and the current air of doom at Chelsea.
The Bernabeu would give the player the perfect stage to find his best form once again, and Madrid may find they can negotiate a favourable deal with the Blues, especially if Mourinho stays in west London and wants funds to freshen up his attack.

But the former Madrid coach has also publicly defended Hazard in recent weeks, lauding the player after he missed a penalty against Maccabi Tel Aviv in the Champions League in September, per Miguel Delaney of ESPN FC:
"He's the best penalty taker in this country too. If he's the best. The ball is on the spot. He is my first option. If he decides not to go, he doesn't go. But my first option is always him.
He's the best player in England. So it's not because [Wayne] Rooney doesn't score goals for three weeks that he's not a fantastic player.
It's not because a bad performance or a penalty lost or not scoring goals for three or four weeks. He is the best and he will be the best again. I don't know if it is tomorrow or if it is next week.
"

Hazard also missed Chelsea's decisive penalty against Stoke City on Tuesday, meaning the Blues crashed out of the Capital One Cup in yet another stinging defeat for the English champions.
Ronaldo's future could dictate Hazard's, and if the Portuguese decides he wants a switch back to England, it could facilitate a chance for the Chelsea player to move in the opposite direction.
Hazard has proved himself in the Premier League, leading his club to the title with his electric displays, but the chance to wear the white of the Galacticos is too good to turn down for most, even for those individuals who are dedicated to their own clubs. He will hope Madrid change their current stance and allow him to move to Spain.
The style of La Liga would see the Belgian thrive, as the less physical nature of the Spanish top division plays into the hands of Hazard's technical game.
