Tiger Woods' Son Charlie Fails to Qualify for 2026 U.S. Amateur Championship
Tiger Woods' son, Charlie, will have to wait another year before attempting to play in the U.S. Amateur Championship.
The 17-year-old participated in Thursday's U.S. Amateur qualifying at Ohio State University's Scarlet Course and shot five-over 76, missing the cut by six strokes. The elder Woods won the U.S. Amateur Championship three straight times before going on to become a 15-time major championship winner.
Despite his struggles on Thursday, the youngster drew a lot of attention on the course. He carried his own bag throughout the round.
