Jacob Bridgeman Hits Errant Tee Shot Into Pizza Tent in 2026 TOUR Championship Trending Video

Jacob Bridgeman made an errant tee shot to remember during Friday's second round of the 2026 PGA Tour Championship.

Bridgeman's drive to start the 18th hole went so far off course it landed in a concessions tent selling pizza, according to the Golf Channel.

Bridgeman went on to miss a potential par putt and had to settle for a bogey on No. 18.

He finished the day with a 3-under 67, putting him at a total of 5-under through two rounds in Atlanta.

"It seemed like some sort of storm was blowing in there at the end and I had to deal with a little bit of wind," Bridgeman told PGA Tour Live's Katt Williams after the round (h/t Golfweek's Todd Kelly).

Bridgeman won his first PGA Tour event earlier this year by claiming a one-shot victory in The Genesis Invitational this February.

He heads into the weekend ranked T15 as Ryan Gerard and Viktor Hovland share the lead at 10-under.
