J.J. Spaun delivered a finish to remember on his way to winning the 2025 US Open.

The 34-year-old holed a 64-foot putt on the 18th hole at Oakmont Country Club to win the season's third major with a one-under score.

Spaun was the only man standing under par after a brutal Sunday at Oakmont.

Spaun created a moment to remember on the 18th hole with his 64-foot birdie.

Spaun rallied after the mid-round rain delay to card a few birdies while countless other golfers struggled, especially the final pairing of Sam Burns and Adam Scott, who combined to shoot 17-over for the day.

Spaun rolled in birdies on the 12th and 14th hole, gave one shot back at the 15th and then produced back-to-back birdies to finish off the tournament.

The 34-year-old American earned 750 FedEx Cup points with his victory and moved up into sixth in the FedEx Cup standings.

He'll be in a good position to finish in the top five in the FedEx Cup, and he's also put himself on the radar for a Ryder Cup spot in a few months.

Robert MacIntyre was the only other golfer who put in a good attempt to win the tournament.

The Scottish left-hander produced birdies on the 14th and 17th holes to reach one-over.

MacIntyre watched in the clubhouse as Spaun rolled in his birdie. Had Spaun bogeyed the 18th hole, the two players would have gone to a playoff.

Scottie Scheffler, who finished in a tie for seventh, earned 225 FedEx Cup points to extend his lead in the standings over Rory McIlroy.

Ben Griffin and Spaun joined Scheffler, McIlroy, Sepp Straka and Justin Thomas as players with over 2,000 FedEx Cup points on the PGA Tour this season. Griffin earned 165 points from a tie for 10th.
