Report: Eagles Haven't Talked New Deal with Bradford

Mike Florio of Pro Football Talk reports that Philadelphia has yet to show commitment to Bradford beyond the 2015 season, which has raised doubts about whether he'll ever play a down as an Eagle:
"Per a source with knowledge of the situation, no meaningful talks have occurred.
The failure of the Eagles to make a significant effort to extend Bradford's stay has sparked speculation in league circles that Bradford could indeed be traded again, even though coach Chip Kelly insisted that Bradford won’t be used as a bargaining chip.
"
Philadelphia head coach Chip Kelly has made some polarizing roster moves since being given the final say on personnel moves this offseason. Kelly has expressed confidence in Bradford publicly, but there's still a degree of uncertainty about the signal-caller's future.
It's not much of a surprise that the Eagles are hesitant to anoint Bradford their QB for years to come. Bradford is coming off of a twice-torn ACL and didn't play at all this past regular season. He also has a mediocre 79.3 career passer rating and no playoff appearances.
Per Spotrac, Bradford is due to make $12.985 million in 2015. In addition to re-signing Mark Sanchez, the Eagles have acquired Tim Tebow to add to their crowded QB depth chart this offseason.
Speculation persists that Kelly could trade Bradford or any number of assets to acquire his former college quarterback, Oregon's Marcus Mariota.
Until the draft comes and goes with Bradford intact, it's unlikely any meaningful contract discussions will take place. Bradford should have to prove he can stay healthy and also execute Kelly's offense at a high level before he can expect a fresh deal in Philadelphia or anywhere else in the NFL.
