The UEFA will charge Turkish club Galatasaray with crowd misconduct following several incidents with flares during their UEFA Champions League match against Arsenal on Wednesday.
According to The Associated Press' Rob Harris, FC Basel will also be receiving a similar charge for their fans' behaviour, as they reportedly threw objects onto the pitch during their fixture against Liverpool:
This fan shared several images from the Emirates Stadium, showing one of the incidents in question:

The situation got so bad that at one point even Dutch international Wesley Sneijder had to step in and talk to the fans in an effort to calm them down. The match was briefly delayed during the first half, as Arsenal dominated Galatasaray and took a 3-0 lead into half-time. The Gunners eventually won 4-1.
According to the AP's Graham Dunbar (for the Miami Herald), Borussia Dortmund also face action after their fans engaged in similar disturbances against Anderlecht. He also claims the charge against Basel stems from a single unnamed object being thrown.
UEFA have taken a strong stance against crowd disturbances recently, as CSKA Moscow were already forced to play their match against Bayern Munich behind closed doors on Tuesday due to alleged racist chants, via Goal's Peter Staunton.

Galatasaray, Basel and Dortmund will likely receive lighter punishments for these latest incidents, with UEFA having the option to close down certain sections of the stadium.
Each case will be judged on October 16, per Dunbar, with sanctions expected to be enforced immediately.
