Vikings Still Pursuing Players?
Hang tight folks, this off-season isn't over yet.
Despite the fact that the Vikings have spent around $81 million on three players this off-season (Bernard Berrian, Madieu Williams and Thomas Tapeh) owner Zygi Wilf says that the Vikings are "always looking" for additional players.
There are only two glaring holes that I see in the Minnesota roster as of now: defensive end and tight end. My hope is that they choose to draft a defensive end in the first round, hopefully someone like Clemson's Phillip Merling or Ohio State's Vernon Gholston.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
I'm not counting on it, but if Vikings fans are lucky, Minnesota will use its second round pick on a good tight end like USC's Fred Davis or Texas A&M's Martellus Bennent.
However, if a better option becomes available through free agency, I'd be the first to recommend them signing whoever it is.
Back at the camp, Wilf is raving over the new players that are and will be coming in. I'm not sure he's talking about the same team I follow when he said this:
"I think the players who are around the league understand that we're a team that's built to do our best to win championships." He went on to say, "So I think there's a lot of excitement, especially by the players who have come over here, to be part of this organization. When they see things in your organization that make them want to come here, you're very excited."
Wait a minute here...he is talking about the Vikings, right? "A team that's built to do our best to win a championship?" Isn't that every team's goal? And what was he thinking when he said that players were excited to be a part of this organization?
Whatever the case may be, this off-season isn't over yet. But don't expect Minnesota to sign somebody anytime soon.
