Pistons vs. Knicks: TV Schedule, Live Stream, Spread Info and More
The New York Knicks host the Detroit Pistons at Madison Square Garden on Saturday night as they look to begin a new winning streak under interim head coach Mike Woodson.
The Knicks were on a five-game winning streak until they put up just 79 points in a loss to the Toronto Raptors on Friday.
New York will have a strong chance to start another winning streak against Detroit, who are one of the NBA's worst teams.
Let's look at everything you need to know about this exciting matchup.

Knicks forward Jared Jeffries is doubtful with a knee injury
What's At Stake
The Pistons have a slight chance at making the playoffs if they win most of their remaining games, but given their inexperience and lack of talent, that appears unlikely.
The Knicks need a win to keep their playoff spot in the Eastern Conference since the Bucks and Cleveland Cavaliers still have a good shot to overtake New York for the eighth spot.
What They're Saying
Carmelo Anthony talked about his recent slump, saying via ESPN:
"I just don't have a rhythm offensively. I never thought I'd be saying it but my defense is ahead of my offense right now. I'll take it. But as far as my shot goes, I still have confidence in my shot, that's not going anywhere, it'll come back.
"
Most Important Player to Watch: Carmelo Anthony
Anthony is shooting just 39 percent from the field in March and had a terrible game on Friday against the Raptors, scoring only 12 points and shooting 6-of-15 from the field.
He must shoot better from the outside if the Knicks want to win games, because he is their only reliable scorer. Anthony needs to move without the ball better and improve his shot selection if he wants to climb out of his shooting slump.
Key Matchup: Center battle
Knicks center Tyson Chandler and Pistons center Greg Monroe are two very good rebounders, and they will have to do well on the boards if their teams are to win this game.
The Pistons are 28th in the NBA in rebounding, so there is a lot of pressure on Monroe to carry the team in that aspect of the game. He's averaging just under 10 rebounds per game this season.
Chandler needs to block shots and shut down the paint if the Knicks want to be effective on defense. That means he cannot get in foul trouble early.
Prediction: Knicks win 102-85
With coach Woodson at the helm, the Knicks are 3-0 at Madison Square Garden and have won those games by an average of 25 points.
The Pistons are a terrible road team, with a 4-19 record away from home, and they will be beaten by the Knicks on Saturday night.
