Todd McShay Says Browns Should Trade Both First-Rounders for Robert Griffin III
Andrew Luck may be the best quarterback in the draft, but Robert Griffin III is the most heavily desired.
The St. Louis Rams are inching toward a banner day for their organization. They own the second pick in the draft, and that means the world, simply because most teams will trade them exactly that.
Andrew Luck is going to Indianapolis in the worst-kept secret in NFL-draft history. With a few teams in desperate need of a star quarterback, Robert Griffin III therefore steals the show leading up to the big day.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
The Cleveland Plain-Dealer's Mary Kay Cabot caught up with ESPN's Todd McShay recently to discuss the draft. To be sure, the topic of RG3—and where he could go in the draft—came up.
The assumption is that the Browns will have to engage in a bidding war with the Washington Redskins, who are also hot for Griffin at the moment. So, would they trade their first-round picks to dance with RG3 on draft day?
The draft guru had some interesting things to say:
"I would do it. I wouldn't do it for any other position, but I would do it for quarterback.
I think he's every bit worth the [No. 2] pick. I've got him as the third prospect overall in this class, and I think that if the Browns want him, they need to move up and get him. I'll be surprised if he lasts until four, and I'll be even surprised if he gets to No. 3 because I think that No. 2 pick is up for public auction. I think the Rams are going to get a good deal to move back and can still get a player they want at tackle or wide receiver.
"
It all comes down to how badly the Browns want him.
The Rams would be foolish to hold onto the pick, since they can afford to rip a few more picks from the highest bidder and still get what they need.
The Browns would have to offer their fourth and 22nd pick, as well as a lower-round pick. Indeed, St. Louis can easily stockpile a few picks for a player they don't need.
At No. 4, the Rams would still be able to get either offensive line help in Matt Kalil or a star receiver in Justin Blackmon. There is no downside in that regard.
Even if the Browns don't want him, the Redskins would be just as good a trade partner, as they will no doubt fear Cleveland's coup.
If that weren't enough, you have the Seattle Seahawks and Miami Dolphins looming with quarterback needs as well.
The Colts may be getting Andrew Luck, but the Rams are the fortunate team this year.
