Packers vs. Giants: Aaron Rodgers Will Show Eli Manning What a Real QB Can Do
Two Super Bowl-winning quarterbacks are going to meet this Sunday, but only one will come out and play like one.
The Green Bay Packers' quarterback Aaron Rodgers has already done so much in his short-lived starting career, but he can already be labeled as a much more capable quarterback than his opposition's in Eli Manning of the New York Giants.
Manning has constantly been given the overrated label his entire career, and while that isn't correct, in reality he is just nowhere close to players like Rodgers, Drew Brees and Tom Brady.

Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
In his eight-year career, he has only taken his team to the NFL playoffs four times, including their miracle Super Bowl run in 2007 when they took down the undefeated New England Patriots.
He is coming off of one of his better seasons, increasing his passing yards of 4,002 by 931 more yards. With 29 touchdowns and 16 interceptions, he also made much improvement there, despite throwing two fewer touchdowns.
The difference is that Rodgers is already playing like a veteran, but he has only been starting for four seasons. He has taken his team to the playoffs three times, and it is looking like the 14-1 Packers are ready to repeat on last year's Super Bowl performance.
These two teams met up early on this season, where the Giants almost gave the Packers a scare to their potential perfect record while visiting the Meadowlands. Tied with less then a minute left in the game, Rodgers took his team down field to win the game. While both quarterbacks put up great numbers, Rodgers performance just echoes what he is capable of doing already in his career.
There is no doubt that the Packers have a much better receiving core than the Giants, even though they are young and improving each game.
Rodgers actually threw for fewer yards than Manning, but he was way more efficient with his passing. He only accumulated 4,643 yards, while also throwing 45 touchdowns with only six interceptions—all career bests.
Not to mention, he didn't even play in the team's Week 17 game since they already had things locked up.
While he hasn't been on the field for three weeks, one can assume that he will just pick up where things left off.
Last season when Rodgers got knocked of their Week 13 game against the Detroit Lions, he had to miss the following game with a concussion. He returned Week 15 with the team's playoff chances on the line, and dominated the Giants for four touchdowns and 404 yards in a landslide 45-17 victory.
With these two teams meeting up once again—and Rodgers in full health—this game that will be a battle of the quarterbacks has already been won.
