Packers' Matt LaFleur on Jordan Love: 'Our Confidence in Him Is Not Wavering One Bit'
Despite being tied for the second-most interceptions in the NFL through Week 7, Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love still has support from his head coach.
Speaking to reporters on Monday, Matt LaFleur said "our confidence in him is not wavering one bit" when asked about his young quarterback's struggles amid their three-game losing streak.
"Certainly, I think, as the play-caller you put a lot of onus on yourself when things aren't going well," LaFleur added. "We'll continue to do that, but we've got to find a way to generate more points because when you're generating points, it's just a totally different narrative."

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Love got off to a terrific start this season with six touchdown passes and no turnovers in the Packers' first two games. His completion percentage was only 55.8 in those games, but he was doing a good job of protecting the ball and creating scoring opportunities for the offense.
Since Week 3, though, Love has looked out of sorts and the offense has struggled to find consistency. He did throw the game-winning touchdown with 2:56 remaining in an 18-17 win over the New Orleans Saints on Sept. 24, but finished 22-of-44 for 259 yards with one score and one interception.
Love has thrown for 608 yards with three touchdowns and six interceptions in the past three games. His only turnover on Sunday was a big one as he tried to force a deep throw into double coverage that was picked off by P.J. Locke to seal the Denver Broncos' 19-17 win.
The throw did come on a 3rd-and-20 play, so there is an argument that Love would have had to get a big chunk of yardage to at least set up a go-ahead field goal attempt.
But if you look at the play, A.J. Dillon came out of the backfield with several yards of space between him and any Broncos player that could have gotten the Packers within field-goal range if it didn't result in a first down.
The Packers haven't scored more than 20 points in a game since their 25-24 loss to the Atlanta Falcons in Week 2. Love's seven interceptions are tied with Josh Allen, Mac Jones and Sam Howell for second-most in the NFL.
They even had extra time to prepare for the Broncos defense coming off a bye in Week 5. But Love finished with fewer than 200 passing yards for the third time in six games.
This was only the second time all season the Broncos have allowed fewer than 200 passing yards in a game. Zach Wilson had 199 yards in the New York Jets' 31-21 win on Oct. 8.
Green Bay has fallen to third place in the NFC North with a 2-4 record, two games behind the Detroit Lions in the loss column. Its next two games are at home against the Minnesota Vikings and Los Angeles Rams.
