Confindent Yates Leads Houston to Win: Secures Franchise's First Playoff Berth
For the past decade, teams have seen the Houston Texans on their schedules in December and had great confidence that it would be a win.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
First, a winning season was seen as a huge accomplishment. The next step was making the playoffs.
However, this Houston team just does not seem to see making the playoffs as the goal.
It appears that even with a rash of injuries to key players on both offense and defense, the Texans team still has high expectations for the team and for the season.
No one would expect a rookie quarterback in his third game (second start) to lead his team down the field in an almost flawless two-minute drill and win the game on the final play.
I should say no one outside of Houston. The Texans believe in themselves. The fans believe in their team.
Winning is the new expectation in Houston and the Texans are responding.
Rookie quarterback T.J. Yates is playing with the confidence of a seasoned veteran and his team is showing that they are extremely confident in the youngster.
Now that the Texans have clinched the franchise’s first playoff berth, the next goal is securing home-field advantage, which could be key in a Texans’ Superbowl push.
The last thing the Texans want to do is go into New England, Pittsburgh, or Baltimore in January with a rookie quarterback.
The climate-controlled Reliant Stadium is the biggest weapon the Texans have in the playoffs and they need to secure it for as many playoff games as they can.
Regardless, this team is built to win and they believe that they can.
