Dolphins vs. Cowboys: Tony Romo's Boys Still Not a Playoff-Caliber Team
The Dallas Cowboys will not win a playoff game this season because Tony Romo simply does not have the ability to win important games late in the season.
Romo has battled injuries and inconsistent play this season, but fortunately for the Cowboys they are still in the NFC East title hunt because the New York Giants are the most inconsistent team in football.
The Cowboys are also 2-3 on the road, and to get to the Super Bowl they will likely have to play two road games against superior opponents like the Green Bay Packers.

Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Romo's mediocre playoff performances are a cause for concern among Cowboys fans. He turns the ball over too much and is just too unreliable in the playoffs.
But the Cowboys have bigger problems in their quest to win a playoff game than Romo's performance. Their secondary has not played well this season, and against a team with several quality receivers Dallas could be in trouble. While the question of whether or not Romo can perform well in the postseason is valid, there are other teammates who haven't proven themselves in pressure situations.
The Cowboys have a lot of young players who have yet to play in the atmosphere and pressure of the NFL playoffs.
Rookie running back DeMarco Murray leads the NFL with 674 yards since October 23, but he has never played in an important late season game. As teams gather more film of him, opposing defenses will figure out ways to slow him down.
Wide receiver Dez Bryant is also a question mark heading toward the playoffs with his inexperience and injury history.
Dallas is capable of being a very good team in the future, but right now they are not experienced enough to win in the postseason.
