New York Jets vs. Denver Broncos: Why Tim Tebow Will Be a Guaranteed Flop
No matter how many games he wins while running what is essentially a high school offense, Tim Tebow will never prove to be a great NFL quarterback.
I know he's a great kid, and because of that he has a lot of loyal admirers. But being a great guy and being an NFL-caliber quarterback are two wildly different things. On Thursday night Tebow will once again show that he's not fit to be a professional starting quarterback.
While Denver Broncos head coach John Fox has installed a Tebow-tailored offense that worked against the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 10, that doesn't mean the scheme will work every week. On Thursday night Tebow and company face a New York Jets team that has a ton of defensive talent and—more importantly—has smart coaches and savvy veterans.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
The offense that had Tebow completing just 2-of-8 passes on Sunday will not work Thursday night against a ferocious New York front seven that will be out for blood after taking a beating at the hands of the New England Patriots in Week 10.
Jets head coach Rex Ryan has schemed against and designed defenses to face the best offenses in the NFL. Coming up with a game-plan to stop Fox's Tebow-centric gimmicky run offense should be a cinch for him.
While the Broncos beat the Chiefs 17-10, they didn't look particularly good doing it and Kansas City doesn't have near the talent that the Jets boast. In addition to that, Knowshon Moreno—arguably Denver's best all-around running back—tore his ACL against the Chiefs and is done for the season.
All of those factors will be too much for Tebow and the Broncos to overcome. The Jets are a good team who have struggled offensively this season. Their defense has played well and should expose Denver's new style and its young quarterback.
