NFL Power Rankings: Updates on Losing Teams Not Chasing Andrew Luck
We know the Indianapolis Colts and Miami Dolphins are the front runners for Stanford quarterback Andrew Luck, but what about the teams that already have quarterbacks?
There are several teams in the hunt for Top Five draft picks and some of them have quarterbacks already in place.
Here is an update on the teams not chasing Andrew Luck.

Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Rams (1-7)
A true front runner for the No. 1 pick, the St. Louis Rams' needs are great.
Should they "earn" that distinct honor of drafting No. 1 overall for the second time in three years, they'll put it up for auction and reap the benefits of Andrew Luck's potential.
St. Louis has major needs at wide receiver, on the offensive line and in the secondary.
Their best play would be to land multiple picks, including a Top Five or Top 10 in the 2012 draft, to select a wide receiver like Justin Blackmon of Oklahoma State or Alshon Jeffery of South Carolina.
Vikings (2-6)
Rookie quarterback Christian Ponder has ascended to the starters role and looks like the real deal for this team. We've only seen a small sample size, but he's smart, athletic and talented enough to help this team and, most importantly, Adrian Peterson succeed sooner than later.
Their biggest needs are similar to the Rams: wide receiver, offensive line and secondary.
Expect them to target someone a bigger threat on the outside like a Blackmon or Jeffery.
Offensive line would give them a shot at either Matt Kalil of USC or Jon Martin of Stanford.
The top cornerback on the board, likely Morris Claiborne of LSU, would also be a huge help for this team.
But putting more pieces around Ponder and Peterson is the ideal scenario.
Jaguars (2-6)
Things in Jacksonville are strange. Coach Jack Del Rio will likely be fired at season's end and quarterback Blaine Gabbert, who looks overwhelmed so far in his rookie season, will hold strong as the starting quarterback going into next season.
That means the team will likely look for an offensive-minded coach to help bring him and the rest of this inept offense along.
As good as Maurice Jones-Drew is, he can't do everything himself.
Jacksonville is very much in the market for a top wide receiver as well.
The undeniable trend among these top three teams is young quarterbacks without a top receiver.
Panthers (2-6)
Carolina is rolling with Cam Newton and could also be added into the wide receiver-needy group above. Steve Smith has been reborn with the strong-armed Newton firing away, but there is no telling how many years he has left in his legs.
But this team's top needs come on the defensive side of the ball.
A cornerback like LSU's Morris Claiborne will not be passed up by coach Ron Rivera.
