WWE News: What Kind of Propaganda Will Team Cena Feed Team Walkout on RAW?
WWE will be at a deadlock come Monday when all 55 of the WWE superstars who walked out on Triple H will in all likelihood be protesting against the embattled WWE COO.
Resistance is expected to come from the sovereign five superstars (Big Show, CM Punk, Zack Ryder, John Cena, Sheamus and Randy Orton) who silently and invisibly stood by Triple H during Monday's mass exodus and are now the only superstars overtly advertised to compete on RAW.
WWE's storyline of having a band of wrestlers speak out against unsafe working conditions hits very close to home as pro wrestling, and its industry leader in WWE, plays host to perhaps the most dangerous and fatal working environment in all of sports and/or entertainment.

WWE is simplifying the whole union concept (and in some ways protecting themselves), namely when it comes to the "unsafe working environment" aspect of this storyline, as all complaints stem from recently fired outsiders Awesome Truth infiltrating RAW security and attacking WWE superstars and personnel during a recent pay-per-view.
However in real life, the threat of an unsafe working environment stems from WWE's arduous travel schedule that acts as a catalyst for non-nutritious eating habits far from befitting of an athlete, and the inevitably painful grind that comes with the territory of taking countless bumps virtually on a nightly basis.
And that's the short list.
Sure, this is what every one of these sports entertainers signed up for, and the majority of them do their jobs with little to no complaints. However WWE has mastered the art of preying on the wide-eyed and pimping dreams like a the Bishop Don Juan would do one of his working girls who have been left with few comparatively lucrative alternatives in life.
WWE Superstars and Divas' willingness to sacrifice for the good of the business does not mean that their business model is free of any holes that continue to prove detrimental to its independent contractors.
Recent poignant comments by John Morrison on Twitter spoke to the more legit gripes of the WWE superstars, and points that should (but never will) be made on television to make this angle seem more "real."
""…If the WWE universe is paying our checks maybe the pay scale among us independent contractors should be a bit more evenly distributed…maybe forming a union is a good idea… all other entertainment and sporting entities have them…getting an individual health insurance policy after neck surgery is not easy…I wonder if HHH has an individual health insurance plan, or gets group coverage because he’s classified as an employee…"
"
The fact that independent contractors of pro wrestling are part of the only major sports/entertainment industry not afforded health insurance is asinine given the proven health hazards implicit of the business.
WWE painting the protesting union as whiny heels further gives them leverage when it comes to the fans, to add to the leverage they already have with congress who won't touch them due to the perception of wrestling as a completely worked sport.
Meanwhile, Triple H is now being portrayed as a sympathetic babyface while these ornery WWE superstars refuse to "shut up and work"—a term and mentality that has been all to instrumental in many wrestling fatalities.
The inclusion of John Cena and his diminutive troops will be sure to add an especially eye-rolling aspect to the whole angle for anybody able to see the forest through the trees. Cena is almost a lock to deliver one of his signature rah-rah speeches questioning the love and loyalty that team walkout has to the WWE since they refuse to put their bodies in harms way due to a (kayfabe) dangerous work environment.
The would-be comments from Cena will be directly influenced by Vince McMahon and the misguided WWE mindset that vilifies those who "put themselves ahead of the business" by thinking of their own well beings before succumbing to the dregs of a company known for unmercifully chewing its talent up and spitting them out.
While the issues that are in play as part of the WWE union storyline are nowhere near as serious as the real-life reasons a wrestler's union should be formed, John Cena and the WWE brass, your white-hat protagonists of propaganda, will be sure to infuse their own real-life sentiments as they antagonize anyone who rightfully questions the WWE's fatally flawed principles of employment.
