NFL Picks Week 5: New York Jets and 3 Teams That Will Get Blown out of the Water
The New York Jets have so many issues right now it's hard to keep track.
Rex Ryan's proclaimed Super Bowl XLVI champions have hit a rut and they don't even look like a top-10 team right now, let alone a team destined for a title.
At least the Jets won't be alone when they get blown out of the stadium in Week 5.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
And now I give you the New York Jets and three teams that will leave the stadium with ulcers in Week 5.
3. Atlanta Falcons (2-2)
The soaring Atlanta Falcons of yesteryear have all but vanished. Sure, the same bodies are still there, but something happened to this team in the offseason that I can't put my finger on.
The "emerging" secondary is giving up 275 passing yards per game, the pass rush is all but nonexistent (zero sacks in last three games), the offense has been off and on and the Falcons just won by a mere two points against the Seattle Seahawks.
The Falcons do play at the Georgia Dome in Week 5, but that's not going to help them against the defending Super Bowl champions, the Green Bay Packers.
These birds won't seem so free after getting blown out by a superior squad.
2. New York Jets (2-2)
Despite all the issues for the Jets, I had some hope for them based on the emerging play of quarterback Mark Sanchez.
That hope all but vanished in Week 4 when Sanchez turned into the Sanchez of old, committing all four of the Jets' turnovers against the Baltimore Ravens. Three of these turnovers were returned for touchdowns.
You combine that with the fact that this team's rushing attack behind the disappointing Shonn Greene has been meager, you get the perfect storm on offense.
This team's secondary is still one of the best in the league, but nine sacks as a team isn't exactly pressuring the quarterback. On top of that, the Jets' rushing defense has curiously taken a turn for the worse, giving up 4.2 yards per carry.
The Jets play their bitter rivals, the New England Patriots, in Week 5, and it could get ugly at Gillette Stadium.
1. Chicago Bears (2-2)
The Chicago Bears are going to have problems with their offensive line all season long, and that's not good news for quarterback Jay Cutler, who is looking more like the 2009 version than the Cutler of last season.
Cutler passed for a mere 102 yards and an interception against the Carolina Panthers in Week 4 and he's once again going to have trouble against a much-improved Detroit Lions defense in Week 5.
It doesn't help that the game is in Detroit and the Lions are currently 4-0.
Be afraid, Bears fans, be very afraid.
