Chad Henne Injury: What Does Shoulder Injury Mean for Miami Dolphins' Offense?
Miami Dolphins starting quarterback Chad Henne was forced from the first quarter of their game with the San Diego Chargers, Sunday, with a shoulder injury, thrusting Matt Moore under center for the Dolphins and casting a cloud of uncertainty over the Dolphins' offense.
Henne had actually played fairly well for the 0-3 Dolphins, throwing for 841 yards and four touchdowns, opposed to three interceptions. While Matt Moore had some moments with the Carolina Panthers, if you can't hold down the starting quarterback job for the pre-Cam Newton Panthers than that doesn't say a whole lot about your ability as an NFL quarterback. So it's safe to say that Moore represents a significant downgrade from Henne.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
The Dolphins were already without rookie running back Daniel Thomas for today's game, signing Steve "Butterfingers" Slaton earlier in the week to backup Reggie Bush. So what was already likely going to be a one-dimensional offense this week just got even more one-dimensional, and that dimension is lousy.
Should Henne miss significant time, the Dolphins' passing attack will probably all but vanish, as Moore was one of the reasons why Carolina Panthers wide receiver Steve Smith ended up on the side of milk cartons a year ago, when Moore started five games for the Panthers.
Should this become the case, you also have to wonder how mercurial wide receiver Brandon Marshall will react. Although, he's supremely talented, he's not known to be the most stable individual out there, and losing was likely already beginning to wear on him.
When you're 0-3, the last thing you need is more bad news, but it looks like that's exactly what the Miami Dolphins received today, so head coach Tony Sparano might as well go ahead and call a realtor, because odds are he'll be moving on soon.
